There are various forms of sound. Sound, in fact, is merely a vibration, as is sight. We call “sound” that which can be perceived by the human ears, or more accurately, by any ears.

Nadas is a form of sound that is heard within, without the aid of ears. It is a voice of conscience, the voice of your Overself.

Chakra

The human chakras are energy centers within the body that regulate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The word “chakra” comes from Sanskrit, meaning “wheel” or “disk,” symbolizing the spinning vortexes of energy that are thought to exist along the spine. There are seven primary chakras, each associated with different aspects of life and consciousness.
