Frequencies mean everything
I had the profound opportunity to undergo personal training in the sacred mountains of Nepal with a master of Tibetan singing bowls, a practice rooted in the ancient traditions of Tibetan sound healing. Under his unique guidance, I was immersed in the teachings of sound, its essence, and the transformative ability of intention behind every vibration. This journey not only depended my understanding of the physical and energetic properties of sound but also awakened within me a heightened sense of awareness and spiritual growth.
Through this training, I learned how the resonance of the Tibetan singing bowls aligns the body and mind, creating harmony and unlocking pathways to deeper healing. I was able to connect with the essence of sound, using it as a tool to access inner peace, balance, and emotional release. This journey was further enriched through attending various seminars that expanded my knowledge of vibrational healing, as well as my own acupuncture sessions, witch helped open up my spiritual energy channels, enhancing my ability to heal both myself and others.
These combined experience in Nepal have left a lasting impact on my personal and professional journey. They have expanded my understanding of holistic healing, allowing me to integrate sound therapy, intention, and energy work into my practice with grater clarity and depth.
